Refers to the round cover found on a meter
casing, water or sewer main valve casing that is
no longer covering, partially covering, or not
securely placed on the opening.

Storm Drain Cover Damaged

Refers to the rectangular concrete portion
of a storm drain that has been broken
or pushed out of place.
